General Information
Used Equipment Table
- There will be volunteers at the table to help you and potential buyers.
- For items over $100, we suggest having a virtual way to accept money (Paypal/ Venmo).
- You must provide a phone number where you can be reached that day.
- You must take unsold equipment home with you.
- Vendors may not put more than three (3) large items on used equipment tables.
- We will also have a free table in the room (but not next to the used equipment tables). Be sure you put things on the correct table!
Vendors
- Booth spaces are 10'x10' and cost $35.
- A limited number of double booth spaces will be available.
- Vendors will all be in the large gym.
- Vendors are allowed to put up to three (3) large items on the used equipment tables.
- We will have floating volunteers available to give short breaks.
- Application and check must be received by November 1, 2024
- We will try to have helpers for both unloading and loading this year.
